Jeff Sant

Co-Founder, EVP Sales & Marketing

Strategic and results-driven leader with over 13 years of financial services experience, Mr.Sant co-founded Primatics Financial and currently oversees Sales and Marketing. He is highly regarded for his hands-on industry experience, ability to solve complex finance and accounting issues for banks, and crafting strategic solutions that achieve immediate business value for clients. Prior to Primatics Financial, Mr. Sant was a senior manager at BearingPoint (previously KPMG Consulting) within the Capital Markets and Banking Industry Groups. His consulting experience focused primarily on front-to-back office processes within banks with specific focus on loan and security operations, valuation and financial reporting. Mr. Sant has spoken at numerous conferences and events on industry best practices pertaining to M&A accounting, securities processing, loan valuation, and other complex GAAP accounting pronouncements.

Mr. Sant has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration - Finance from James Madison University, is a CFA Charterholder, and a member of the Washington Society of Investment Analysts.
