Michael Therrien

Co-Founder, EVP Client Services

Michael Therrien has more than 12 years of audit, consulting, and corporate experience within the financial services industry. Michael manages the company's business development and implementation for the product line of business focusing on the loan accounting platform – EVOLV. He is responsible for the company's product strategy, alliances and partners, business requirements, and implementation teams. Michael has significant experience within the mortgage loan and mortgage securities market, with specific expertise in the accounting and operations for the primary and secondary mortgage markets. He has worked with numerous asset classes, including mortgage loans, mortgage securities, derivatives, corporate debt, and asset-backed securities. He has extensive experience leading large-scale engagements involving accounting policy implementations, bank acquisitions, financial restatements, business process and data re-engineering initiatives, third party vendor system evaluations and systems implementation supporting middle-to-back office functions primarily focused on the Secondary Mortgage Market and Banking industries.

Michael started his career in the audit division of KPMG LLP. He has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from James Madison University.
