Peter J. Fitzsimmons

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Publically recognized and accomplished, Pete Fitzsimmons serves as Primatics Financial’s CEO with over 25 years of experience, serving in multiple roles as a senior management executive and advisor. Mr. Fitzsimmons has played a key role in providing direction to companies and management focusing on their strategic needs around risk management, mergers and acquisitions, operations and information systems, financial statements and reporting, business development and profitable growth. Prior to his work at Primatics Financial, he was the founder of Redwood Community Capital and CRA Group, niche financial services consulting firms providing advisory and investment banking services to financial services firms and real estate companies nationwide. Previously he served as a chief financial officer of NVR Financial Services for approximately six years. In his senior finance role, he managed all finance, treasury and public financial reporting aspects of this diversified financial service. Prior to his tenure at NVR, he was a senior manager with KPMG, providing strategic advisory, mergers and acquisitions, risk management consulting and audit services to the firm’s largest financial institutions in the United States and internationally.

Mr. Fitzsimmons is a Chartered Accountant in Australia, and started his career with KPMG in Sydney in its public accounting and audit practice.
