Primatics Financial LLC is formed by the merger of Illuminatics, Inc and FS Prime Consulting, LLC

FS Prime Consulting LLC and Illuminatics (Brinkpoint Software Inc) completed the merger of their consulting, product and offshore lines of business' to create Primatics Financial. Primatics Financial employs more than 50 consultants and product engineering development staff in the United States and abroad.

The merger enables Primatics Financial LLC to offer customers a broader set of solutions than either composite company could offer alone. Primatics Financial will offer management and technical consulting services to financial institutions and financial software products in support of loan and fixed income securities portfolio management. The merger results in a firm with experienced business and technical resources with strong financial services knowledge to meet the needs of financial institutions that require solutions encompassing both business process enhancements and automation needs. In addition, Primatics Financial will offer specific software products to the financial services industry focused on loan and securities accounting.
