Primatics Financial Successfully Completes SAS 70 Type II Audit

Primatics Financial, leading software vendor for the financial services industry, recently announced its successful completion of the third-party audit relating to the firm and its Evolv Platform (includes all Evolv products). The audit specifically focused on the control environment and activities related to their software development and hosting aspects of Evolv.

SAS 70 Type II is an auditing standard used by service organizations to proactively disclose internal business processes and security practices to their clients. This third-party examination is performed in accordance with standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Primatics Financial commissioned Crowe Horwath LLP, one of the top 10 public accounting and consulting firms in the United States, to conduct the independent audit.
