You're always protected. Because all full-time employees are automatically enrolled in basic life, AD&D and short/long term disability insurance at no cost.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible expenses not covered by your health insurance or dependent care costs with an FSA. We offer two: Health Care and Dependent Care Spending accounts.
401(k) Savings Plan
We believe in the future. And in planning for it. After 30 days of employment, all Primatics employees are eligible to participate in our company’s 401(k) Plan and company match.
Primatics will match 50% of your annual contribution, up to the first 6% of your salary.
Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO)
Celebrate! Because employees enjoy eight (8) paid company holidays each year. In addition, you’ll get two floating holidays and accumulate PTO hours from your date of hire.
