We specialize in Fixed Income Processing and Mortgage Banking Activities. We offer world-class business process re-engineering, project management, and technology enablement services. We are currently searching for a Banking & Lending Consultant to serve on one of our client engagements. Job responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities

• Easily Interpret the needs of clients in the banking, finance, audit and technology environment
• Assist with project planning and control processes for engagement
• Provide top-quality results on all deliverables in a timely fashion and within project cost targets
• Facilitate efficient meetings regarding project goals or client updates
• Serve as a lead role in developing a strong working relationship between Primatics Financial Consulting and the client
• Assist with the recruiting and hiring process for assigned team
• Demonstrates proficiency in all MS office programs, specifically MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Visio

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• CPA or CFA certified and/or MBA preferred
• 4+ years of related industry experience
• Specific working experience with commercial and consumer lending processes and products a plus
• Knowledge of technology and systems that support financial reporting
• Experience with documenting and developing functional business requirements for front, middle, and back-office operations
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills a must
• Flexibility to travel
• Ability to weigh different views and make quick decisions
• Working experience including skills in reconciliation, invoice preparation, processing financial transactions, and preparing financial budgets, etc.
• Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives
• Must be committed to achieving results - ability to understand both strategic impact of decisions yet able to operate at a tactical level to accomplish tasks with proven ability to take initiative to solve problems independently
