We specialize in Fixed Income Processing and Mortgage Banking Activities. We offer world-class business process re-engineering, project management, and technology enablement services. Our current clients include large capital market firms, investment managers and banks. Our consultants are highly experienced, dedicated, and creative professionals — many are the best and brightest in the field.

We are currently searching for a Senior Consultant and/or Manager to serve as a lead developer for one of our client engagements. Job responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource in the enhancement and implementation/execution of internal accounting and financial software systems
• Work with client/Primatics team members including domain experts, off-shore developers, and business analysts
• Easily Interpret the needs of clients in the banking, finance, audit and technology environment
• Assist with issues identification and data error correction
• Facilitate efficient meetings regarding project goals or client updates
• Serve as lead in developing required reports for the Accounting/Business teams
• Train and mentor employees in software development best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field
• Must have hands-on experience with Java and J2EE (v1.4 or higher) application development and Oracle/SQL coding
• 6-10 years of related industry experience; consulting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of object oriented programming including modeling expertise using UML (knowledge of Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams are a must)
• Experience developing with EJB 3 including Hibernate/Spring for data persistence
• Experience designing EJB application using Stateless Local and Remote session beans and experience with LDAP for authorization and authentication in EJBs
