We are currently searching for a Testing Analyst to serve on one of our client engagements. Job responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities

• Ability to interpret the client business requirements related to banking, finance, audit and technology environments
• Conduct data mining and data analysis for problem solving
• Provide top-quality results on all deliverables in a timely fashion and within project cost targets
• Facilitate efficient meetings regarding issue status and defect tracking with project management and client
• Serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams
• Assist with the recruiting and hiring process for assigned team
• Demonstrates proficiency in all SQL, Microsoft office, specifically MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Visio

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Computer Information System
• CPA or CFA certified and/or MBA preferred
• 4+ years of related industry experience
• Experience working with defect tracking tools such as ClearQuest or Polarion preferred
• Knowledge of database tools such as Rapid SQL or DB Visualizer preferred
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills a must
• Ability to weigh different views and make quick decisions
• Working experience including skills in reconciliation, invoice preparation, processing financial transactions, and preparing financial budgets, etc.
• Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives
• Must be committed to achieving results — ability to understand both strategic impact of decisions yet able to operate at a tactical level to accomplish tasks with proven ability to take initiative to solve problems independently
• Flexibility to travel
