Primatics’ objective is to grow by attracting individuals with at least three years of industry and/or consulting experience. We also seek individuals with significant leadership experience to further enrich our professional mix. Each new hire enters at a position that is commensurate with his/her prior experience. Candidates that meet the minimum criteria will have the opportunity to work on a variety of engagements that leverage and build upon their capabilities and skills in a dynamic and professional consulting environment. Ideal candidates will possess the following:

Strong academic record.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred.
CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) preferred.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Established data management/integrity knowledge and skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills (project management certification a plus).
Pro-active, self-motivated, and dependable.
Financial Services industry experience is preferred.
